The Riverstone 39RKFB has one entry door, an electric awning and three slideouts. One slideout is on the door side, the other two are on the off door side. This floorplan has two bathrooms. The entry door leads to a living area on the left, a door to a bathroom straight ahead and steps to the right leading to the bedroom sliding door. The living area has a door side slideout to the left of the entry door. The slideout has a desk with a chair and a pull-out-dinette with two chairs. The rear of the living area has a kitchen area with pantry, refrigerator and a U-shaped countertop. The countertop has a stove and a sink. Overhead storage is above the countertop and a microwave is above the stove. In front of the sink area of the countertop is a sofa with theater style seating. The off door slideout in the living area has a sofa. The front of the living area has an entertainment center with a fireplace. The middle bathroom has a washer/dryer, storage shelves a sink and a toilet. Up the steps to the right of the entry door is a sliding door leading to the bedroom. The bedroom off door slideout has a king bed. The door side of the bedroom has a slideout. The slideout has a dresser and a 43 inch TV. The 39RKFB is designed with your dream kitchen in mind. A cupboard for every pan, a shelf for every dish, and enough counter space to prepare a meal for the entire campground. The kitchen features a residential stainless steel dual bowl sink, Fischer Paykel dishwasher, 18 cu. ft. French door refrigerator, and 30” stainless steel microwave. In the spacious living room, you’ll find the added convenience of a standard desk, giving you the benefit of an office without sacrificing space.

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): – is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the GVWR.

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)*- is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity)** - is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity.

Each Forest River RV is weighed at the manufacturing facility prior to shipping. A label identifying the unloaded vehicle weight of the actual unit and the cargo carrying capacity is applied to every Forest River RV prior to leaving our facilities.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
