Surveyor Legend 240BHLE - Forest River RV

The 240BHLE has one entry door, TV coax connection, outside kitchen with refrigerator, sink, griddle, spray port, and prep table, rear storage door, one slide on the off-door side, front passthrough storage, and an 18' awning on the exterior. Inside, the front of the unit features a 60" x 80" murphy queen bed with wardrobe cabinets on each side and overhead storage. There is a slide room on the off-door side with a panoramic window and 75" x 42" booth dinette with EZ-Access storage. Next to the slide room is a pantry. The bathroom is located next to the pantry and takes up the rear right corner. It contains a 24" x 38" shower, angled corner sink, and commode. The kitchen is located along the door side wall with a TV, peninsula countertop with single basin stainless steel sink, stovetop and oven, and refrigerator, with a range hood and microwave mounted overhead. The rear left corner contains a bunk room with two oversized 53" x 74" Teddy Bear bunks. This floorplan also features a central vacuum system.

One of our best selling bunkhouses is camping simplified and only around 25’ long, featuring bedroom privacy curtain, oversize Teddy Bear bunks, loads of storage w/family size pantry, and an outside cookhouse (kitchen). GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): – is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the GVWR.

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)*- is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity)** - is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity.

Each Forest River RV is weighed at the manufacturing facility prior to shipping. A label identifying the unloaded vehicle weight of the actual unit and the cargo carrying capacity is applied to every Forest River RV prior to leaving our facilities.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
