The 39CABL has 3 slide outs and three entry doors. Exterior features include battery disconnect, LP quick connect, off-door side exterior storage, and outside TV mount. Interior layout front to back: front bedroom with off-door side queen bed slide out, with overhead cabinets, wardrobe, dresser with overhead cabinets, one entry door, and linen closet with optional washer/dryer prep; side aisle bathroom with two medicine cabinets and a shower with seat; sliding glass door entry; entertainment center with fireplace below on inner wall; off-door side slide out containing sofa with overhead cabinets, and u-dinette; door side kitchen countertop peninsula with sink, overhead cabinet, microwave, cook top stove, refrigerator and pantry; stairs to a loft over the rear of the trailer with two bunk mats and cabinets; full bathroom in the door side rear corner with third entry; rear off-door side slideout with sofa, and overhead cabinets, and entertainment with overhead cabinets along inner wall with bathroom.

This two full bath with 2nd living room/den floorplan is a true home away from home. The 39CABL has a master suite with closet and wardrobes and a bath all to itself if wanted. The second full bath is equipped with an exterior entrance keeping the daytime traffic out of the main living areas. The loft bunk room is perfect for kids or for use as an “upstairs basement.” All three slide outs are located on the non-door side of the unit allowing unobstructed space for you to add a patio deck down.

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): – is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the GVWR.

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)*- is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity)** - is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity.

Each Forest River RV is weighed at the manufacturing facility prior to shipping. A label identifying the unloaded vehicle weight of the actual unit and the cargo carrying capacity is applied to every Forest River RV prior to leaving our facilities.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
